There were in 2025 in Poland 20 925 road accidents with 1 660 fatalities and 24 590 people injured within 7 866 seriously.
Police reported 391 810 road collisions (resulted no casualties).
On Polish roads in 2025 compared to 2024:
– the number of fatalities decreased by 236 people ( – 12.4%),
– the number of injured decreased by 192 (0.8%), but within this value the number of seriously injured increased by 70 people (+ 0.9%),
– the number of road accidents decreased by 594 ( – 2.8%),
– the number of collisions reported to the police increased by 1 233 (+ 0.3%).
