Display data on traffic accident using the interactive map!
Depending on individual needs, you can get information for the whole of Poland, individual voivodships, counties, municipalities and cities. It is also possible to display detailed information about individual accidents.
With our interactive map you can check the current status of road accidents throughout the country.
The Map of road accidents has been made available on the Portal along with the database of accidents and statistics. After accepting the Regulation each User has access to interactive map. The Map is equipped with filtering mechanism enabling to obtain data on road accidents through Poland since 2010, as well as basic indicators needed to conduct road safety analysis.
The obtain data can be downloaded from the tables generated on the map’ page (formats: json, xml, csv, txt, MS-Excel, pdf). It is also possible to display detailed information about individual accidents.
In Poland road safety analysis use the definitions published in Regulation No. 31 of the Police Commander-in-Chief of October 26, 2015 on the methods and forms of traffic incident statistics conducted by the Police and Regulations No. 40 of the Police Commander-in-Chief of December 18, 2017 amending the ordinance on methods and forms of traffic incident statistics conducted by Police.
The POBR portal integrates road accident data with data on the area of the analyzed area, road length (total and by individual category), population and number of registered vehicles (total and by major category).
The Portal provides the interactive map of road accidents together with accident and statistical data.
The Map is equipped with filtering mechanism enabling to obtain selected data on road accidents through Poland since 2010, as well as basic indicators needed for road safety analysis. It is also possible to display detailed information about individual accidents. When you click the accident symbol, the data field expands.
To information from the map is added numerical data in tabular form (there is a possibility to download them in various formats for further analysis).
